page 104, Antoinette Goodrich Case: Husband's name was Benjamin LORD (not Martin), born Jan 13,1821, died Sep 30, 1862 of an illness contracted while in the Union Army; met and married Antoinette when he was teaching singing at a school near Hartford in 1850. They had five children: (1) Livingston LORD, born Aug 27, 1851, died in Charleston, IL, May 15, 1933; married Mary COOK, 1874, in Killingworth, CT, and also had five children (see below); (2) Evalena LORD, born July 9, 1853; (3) Ida LORD, born Mar 13, 1855; (4) Everett LORD, Apr 24, 1856; and (5) Chester LORD. Children of Livingston and Mary COOK LORD:; (1) Ethelwyn LORD, born prior to 1877, married Sep 1904 William John AWTY in Charleston, IL. In 1909(?) had a boy they named William John AWTY, Jr. (called "Jack"); (2) Franklin Atkins LORD, born before 1877, became a lawyer and writer; (3) Dwight LORD, born Mar/Apr 1877, died Aug 29, 1877, only five months old; (4) Inez, born in Winnebago City or Mankato, MN, 1878/9; married (unknown) SATTERTHWAITE, place and date unknown, had boy ca. 1910 named Livingston Lord SATTERTHWAITE (called "Tony"), and later another boy named Dwight; and (5) Margery, born Aug 1881 at St. Peter, MN, but lived only two weeks.
